Strength and Conditioning 

Physical activity, especially dance, demands a unique blend of strength, fitness, endurance, and flexibility. But dancing alone, while beneficial, can't provide the comprehensive strength our bodies need. As we age, our muscle mass and bone density naturally decrease, making us susceptible to conditions like osteopenia, sarcopenia, and osteoporosis.

 

Without proper strength training, the pressures of dance and daily life can lead to injuries, affecting both our physical activities and mental well-being. By focusing on strength and conditioning, we not only fortify our muscles and bones but also ensure they recover and regenerate, paving the way for enhanced force, power, and overall health.

The Heart Behind LifeForce

Hello, I'm Shikha. My journey intertwines a love for dance with a deep understanding of the human body. As a passionate dancer and choreographer, I've faced my share of injuries and challenges. These personal experiences drove me to delve into the science of the human body, leading me to become a certified Level III & IV Personal Exercise Coach and Exercise Professional.

 

While my background in dance and culture remains close to my heart, my mission with LifeForce is broader: to help individuals, whether dancers or not, become stronger, fitter, and healthier. I'm not just a coach; I'm someone who's walked the path and wants to guide others on their own transformative journey.
