As the owner and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Life Force, I couldn't be prouder of the way we go above and beyond to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience when it comes to achieving their health and fitness goals. We build strong relationships with our clients by using advanced communication skills and a variety of key components that work together to create a WOW experience.
Personalized or generalised service, what do you prefer?
Do you think a personalized plan that meets your unique situation could be more effective for you as opposed to a generalized option?
Could a workout plan that is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals provide the exact value you are after?
Personalized service is at the core of Life Force. We start each session by asking our clients how they're feeling and what they want to get out of the session, which enables us to create a tailored workout that is both effective and enjoyable. If you like providing feedback, we are always eager for feedback, and we ask for feedback at the end of each session to ensure that our clients feel supported and heard every time.
Goal setting but why?
Do you decide where you are going before you start driving your car? What would happen if you didn’t know your destination? Would you definitely reach your destination, or would you possibly be somewhere else?
We believe having a clear goal in any situation is crucial, which is why we prioritize it. During our very first session with clients, we take the time to learn about their goals, timeframes, and long-term aspirations. We display their goals on the board and motivate them to achieve them, providing a sense of accomplishment as they work towards their goals. Once a client achieves their goal, we reward them with certificates, put them on the Legend board, and continue setting the next goal to achieve.
Can weekly planning be effective?
How long do you spend with yourself vs with a coach?
There is 168 hours in a week and majority of that possibly not be with a coach, would that be correct? Do you think this is where having a clear weekly plan provide some great value?
At Life Force, we emphasise on having a weekly workout/lifestyle plan and also a food plan. Do you think that could help you stay on track towards your goals?

What are we doing and how does it work?
Could knowing about your own muscles, bones, and food substrate help you make informed decisions about food and exercise options? Do you think that could develop healthy habits that last a lifetime?
If you like learning new things, then you are going to have an awesome time at Life Force as we are passionate about educating our clients, encouraging them to ask us questions, and motivating and inspiring them to take charge of their own bodies and health.
How about a positive, welcoming environment?
How do you feel if you encounter a place that is clean and tidy? Do you think that would create a positive and welcoming atmosphere? We take pride in keeping us and our studio positive, clean, and professional. We believe that a clean environment provides happy hormones and keeps the clients motivated towards their goals.
Why would you evaluate your progress?
Do you check the map to make sure you are on the right road towards your destination? You might check petrol, food, and other things to ensure things are on track.
To ensure our clients are on track towards their goals, we check in after every 8th week eg: Measuring BP, and weight to name a few. We ask for feedback and set up goals for the next 8 weeks. We also share a progress report in a video to see our clients' progress towards their goals. Do you think a progress report could help provide a sense of accomplishment as you see the results of your hard work?
Last but not least Stretch, Massage and Fruit?
Who doesn't like being treated with some additional perks? Do you think a good stretch and a massage after any heavy lifting and puffing can help you relax and recover faster?
We offer complimentary fruit after every session to keep our clients fuelled and provide stretches and massage in each session to help them recover faster and reduce the risk of injury.
