Quick & Easy High-Protein Cold Coffee

This is by far the easiest and most delicious high-protein cold coffee—you have to try it!


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana (~120g)

  • 30g whey chocolate protein powder

  • 180ml full-fat milk

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (use 1.5-2 tablespoons if you want a stronger coffee kick)

  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add the banana, protein powder, milk, and instant coffee to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add ice cubes if you want it extra cold and blend again.

  4. Pour into a glass (~350ml-400ml) and enjoy!

  • Calories: ~350 kcal

  • Protein: ~32 g

  • Carbs: ~40 g

  • Fats: ~10 g
