Quick & Easy High-Protein Cold Coffee

This is by far the easiest and most delicious high-protein cold coffee—you have to try it!
Ingredients:
1 medium banana (~120g)
30g whey chocolate protein powder
180ml full-fat milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee (use 1.5-2 tablespoons if you want a stronger coffee kick)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Add the banana, protein powder, milk, and instant coffee to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if you want it extra cold and blend again.
Pour into a glass (~350ml-400ml) and enjoy!

Calories: ~350 kcal
Protein: ~32 g
Carbs: ~40 g
Fats: ~10 g
