High-Protein Mango Ice Cream

Here's an easy recipe for a creamy, high-protein mango ice cream. It’s a simple, delicious way to boost your protein intake with natural ingredients!

Ingredients:

  • 25g cashews (or any nuts of your choice)

  • 100ml whole milk (full-fat)

  • 40g whey protein powder (vanilla or unflavored works best)

  • 150g mango chunks (fresh or frozen)


Instructions:

  1. Blend cashews and milk: In a blender, add cashews and milk. Blend until smooth.

  2. Add whey protein and mango: Add the whey protein powder and mango chunks to the blender. Blend until creamy and fully combined.

  3. Freeze or enjoy immediately.
