Ingredients:
40g steel-cut oats
30g whey protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)
10g chia seeds
10g pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds
100-150g fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple, etc.)
150ml full-fat milk or 150ml Greek yogurt
Instructions:
In a jar or container, mix the oats, whey protein, chia seeds
Add half of your choice of fruit and 150ml of either full-fat milk or Greek yogurt.
Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds on top when you are ready to enjoy.
