Overnight High Protein Oats

Start your day with a nutritious and delicious high protein breakfast that’s ready when you are! These Overnight Protein Oats are packed with protein, fiber, and natural goodness to keep you fueled all morning.


Ingredients:

  • 40g steel-cut oats

  • 30g whey protein (Chocolate or Vanilla)

  • 10g chia seeds

  • 10g pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds

  • 100-150g fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple, etc.)

  • 150ml full-fat milk or 150ml Greek yogurt


Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container, mix the oats, whey protein, chia seeds

  2. Add half of your choice of fruit and 150ml of either full-fat milk or Greek yogurt.

  3. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Sprinkle fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds on top when you are ready to enjoy.

  • Calories ~600

  • Protein ~40 g

  • Fiber: ~11 g
